Perfect size speakers to up the volume from my CB radio. Clarity is great and they are small enough to fit nicely on the bulk head and not get int he way. Been struggling to hear the CB for ages and then lucked on these and at a stroke problem solved. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Cant fault the process

The T-X is a very sensitive receiver with great audio from speaker.the noise reduction NRC option is excellent and cuts out the hissing sound so readability of voices is clear. This is a superb transceiver.

After seeing a lot of hype about this new modern CB handheld radio I thought I would get one but sadly when I came to the site it was out of stock. I had to wait a while and hope I was lucky enough to grab one when it came back in stock and thankfully I did which it arrived very very quickly. I am very impressed with the build quality and functionality of the TX. I highly recommend getting one if you fancy getting back in to CB radio cheaply.

Scanner came with standard Rubber Duck, I contacted Thunderpole and bought a telescopic centre loaded antenna, the difference in signal reception is excellent for a handheld antenna. far better than expected and at a great price also, Customer service second to none Thank you.

My current rig is a Communicators NI-440 DX and a handheld Realistic TRC-1001(still going!). The T-2000 is a really nice compact well made unit with plenty of functionality. I find the scan function very useful, the display is very informative and the sound quality of inbuilt speaker quite good. Very pleased with this purchase and dispatch from Thunderpole.

I recently purchased the thunder pole T-X and I can't fault the the radio at all it performs very well fits in the hand perfectly,not done a distance test yet but will keep trying this is my first handheld CB which I'm very pleased,the lady on phone when was very helpful excellent service.

I was sceptical on buying one but it’s so easy to use and the distance that you can pick people up from is astonishing, the 1.5 Springer was supposed to pick up around 10 miles but I’m picking up way way further than this. Its compact and really can fit anywhere but best if you can easily get to the knobs . Looks really well made and would think that it will last forever as there not a lot that can break. Well done thunderpole no wonder this cb so popular

Unlike many of some of my other antennas this one can withstand with ease the usual knocks from trees and you have the confidence that all will be well. The Orbitor HD looks pretty cool as well! You will not be disappointed with it's performance on both receive and transmit. It' pre SWR'd as well for the mids and UKFM frequencies. The Orbitor HD is tried and tested Once you own one you will see them all over! - on Defenders, tractors and cars! It's great to be able to buy a quality product that's also British.

Having a classic car, I wanted a mount that was as close as possible (in looks) to an old style car aerial. This was as close as I could get and far less industrial looking than most others on the market. Easy to order on Thunderpole website and prompt delivery.

Love this antenna. Low profile on car but high on performance. A little difficult to swr in on legal frequency but came good after cutting 1/4 inch off. Good reports with radio checks, signal and modulation and made several contacts over 20 miles so far. Highly recommended. Excellent service from thunderpole. Fast delivery.

The T-3000 is an excellent radio surpassing all expectations. I've received very positive audio reports as well. The front facing speaker's sound quality is very good - no need for an external speaker. There is seamless button press operation between UK FM to EU FM to EU FM then back to UK FM. This radio is ideal for mobile operation and is a pleasure to use - highly recommended.

I got the Thunderpole Groundplane Mirror Mount kit to fix with the Thunderpole Orbitor HD. I use it for a balcony antenna in a block of flats, It works perfect for the job, Reception is great, I have not tested the signal distance but it sounds good to me. Both the ground plate and the Orbiter HD I purchased from Thunderpole, Price was good and delivery was very speedy.

After having been away from CB for nearly 30 years I wanted to get back into the hobby. I wanted a radio that did the usual FM but also AM and SSB so chose the President McKinley EU and I'm not disappointed,. I tuned my antenna using an MFJ Antenna Analyzer then on connecting the McKinley and powering up I was greeted to an EU band fully open to the continent! I love the simplicity yet great functionality of the McKinley, after a few minutes and occasional reading of the very good instruction manual everything seems logical to me. The radio has so many functions compared to the older sets I used all those years ago and I love it so am looking forward to many local and DX contacts in the upcoming days, months and years. Thank you to everyone at Thunderpole for a very prompt dispatch and delivery of this item after I placed the order.

Had read and friends had told me my president mckinley was quiet on fm. So i purchased this power mic . Makes hell of a difference my friend kept turning his volume down on fm am ssb booming thru . My T-2000 CB radio pack arrived this morning, and half an hour later everything was up and running. I'm really impressed with the CB, lots of modern gadgets and very good build quality for the price. The mag mount and full size orbiter are a perfect combination and I got a copy for a radio check on my first call, signal was strong and modulation clear. Overall, chuffed to bits and would recommend anyone thinking about getting back into CB to check out Thunderpole.

I had a difficult installation on a steel-roof campervan, with the presence of a large solar-panel, 4G wifi antenna, rooflight and other fitments appearing to cause either a groundplane or RF reflection issue. I tried numerous different styles of antenna, but there is something about the design/construction of this antenna (possibly because it has a top-loaded coil?) that made it a LOT more tolerant than other antenna. It's been a bit of a life-saver, even out-performing a 5ft Firestik II in terms of low SWR tuning. If you are struggling with SWR on a difficult vehicle, I would suggest giving this antenna a go.

This product is amazing .. in fact the staff are excellent too good customer service … basicly plug and play love it … well tuned easy to use easy to order can’t go wrong will be buying thunder pole again ..reasonably priced .. had mine a few months now no complaints I would go with the lager orbital antenna personally … got from ditchling beacon in Sussex to ashford in Kent one night with this set up look it up on map by all means it’s a fair wack of a distance … would like to see more videos on you tube Well done thunder pole
