I have a whole jar full of metal mic holders that have come with the various radios I have bought over the years. I don't use any of them!
Until this one came with my Thunderpole T-3000. The mic holder has a spring mechanism which is very satisfying to use (you'll know what I mean when you buy one!)
It has a very strong adhesive back to it that doesn't fall off when the car gets hot in the summer.
Great value and like me it's well worth buying a few for your radio collection.
