Thunderpole Atom | CB 26-28 MHz AM/FM/SSB MOBILE ANTENNA
The Atom has a high performance solid fibreglass base coil and is less than 1 metre long, so is ideal for applications where a longer antenna is impractical.
The heavy duty coil is capable of handling up to 500 watts, so is ideal for most mobile installations.
Please note: As the large base coil is fibreglass, this antenna may not be suitable for off-road applications or other scenarios where the antenna may get struck by tree branches.

I have bought 2 of these 26-28Mhz atoms and with a connector made an attic di-pole.
So far I screwed it to the house ground floor brickwall vertically just to test.
Using an ATU I tuned it to the 3.5Mhz band and in poor/fair conditions heard an LSB CQ from Italy.
