Fitting a PL259 to an antenna lead

Simple step by step instructions on how to fit a PL259 plug to coaxial cable.

Step 1) Strip back the coax and pull back braid over cable

Step 2) Put outer part of plug onto cable then screw inner part over braid

Step 3) Solder end of the pin and trim excess wire

Step 4) It should look like this!
